Terms and Conditions
Swedish Dog Academy AB (nose.work) complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Distance Contracts Act.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent’s permission to order from us.
1. Order / purchase
It is easy to order from us. When we have received your order, you will receive a written order confirmation via email. All orders are binding. If you regret an order, you must therefore contact us immediately.
Should an item presumably not be in stock, we will contact you and make a residual note of it. The item is then sent as soon as we receive it again. If you do not want the remaining listed item, just contact us.
2. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and with Swedish VAT. Currently 25%. Nose.work reserves the right to increase VAT and other price changes that we cannot control.
Payment
Card, invoice, partial payment
We hire Billmate AB to handle all payments and payment information in a secure and smooth way. Payment can be made via bank / credit card, invoice or partial payment.

4. Shipping
For orders within Sweden under SEK 700, a low shipping cost of SEK 79 will be added. Deliveries to other countries are made according to individual agreements. Contact us at info@nose.work .
We mainly use DHL as a delivery company. We send to the nearest delivery point (Service Point). If you want it sent to a special delivery point, you can contact us by email or phone in connection with your order.
If your shipment weighs less than 500g, we sometimes use the post and send as 1st class letters.
5. Delivery time
Orders received before 10.00 on weekdays are normally sent the same day. IF it goes with DHL, the order is normally at DHL’s delivery point 1-4 working days after your order has been sent from us.
Although our goal is to send all goods in the same shipment, parts of the shipment may be back-listed for various reasons. You will then be notified so that you can choose whether you want partial delivery, change your order or approve a later delivery date.
6. Unredeemed shipments
It is up to you as a customer to enter a valid and correct delivery address. If a shipment is not picked up from the delivery point and it is sent back to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least SEK 300 per package depending on the package size and delivery method to cover our administrative costs and return shipping. In the event of non-payment, the requirements for debt collection service are unconditionally forwarded. No exceptions are made.
7. Warranty & Complaint
We guarantee that the goods you receive are faultless upon delivery. Should you receive a broken item, contact us and describe in detail what the error is. If the package has a visible damage when you pick it up, this must be reported immediately to the delivery point or the driver who leaves the package.
Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint and not such defects that are caused by normal wear and tear.
You have a 3-year right to make a complaint about all products. Batteries are a consumable item and are therefore not covered by it. Complaints of goods to the Swedish Dog Academy must be made within a reasonable time, however within 2 months after you have received the goods. We pay the return shipping in the event of a return of goods. due to complaint. In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
You have the right to open the packaging free of charge to check that the product works.

8. Right of withdrawal & cancellation
Products / goods
We offer 30 days open purchase, even in the event of broken packaging if it is required that the packaging is broken in order for you to be able to test the product. Note, however, that the packaging must be broken with the least possible damage. If the product has been damaged or handled to a greater extent than is permitted by law (ie the product can no longer be considered unused / undamaged) and / or the packaging has suffered greater damage than what the situation required when opening the packaging, we are right to value how much the sales value has decreased and deduct this amount from the return money. A return takes 14 days to process.
If you want to return the product, you must contact us first, either by email or telephone. Your 14-day right of return only begins when you have done this. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping for open purchases and must be able to prove on request that you have sent the product, so always ask for a receipt from the post office. If you want to take advantage of an open purchase, send the item back in the original box and outer packaging, well packed together with a receipt and a note that you want to take advantage of an open purchase.
Unredeemed packages are not considered as if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, and are charged a fee in full in accordance with section 6 “Unredeemed items” (see above).
As soon as we receive your returned item, we credit the value of the item in the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase. Alternatively, you can request a credit receipt.

Course places / services
All registration for courses and educations is binding unless cancelling is made in time as follows unless otherwise agreed. If you cancel 21 days before or earlier, no fee will be charged. If you cancel between 14 and 21 days before the start of the course, a fee of 20% of the course fee will be charged. In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the start of the course or non-participation, the entire course cost will be charged.
9. Specific conditions for courses & services
Generally
Strict handling is not allowed. Choking and other coercive measures and punitive techniques are prohibited in our classes.
Owners are expected to pick up after their dogs in and outside the training area. All dogs should be kept under control and restrained at all times except when specifically instructed by staff.
Swedish Dog Academy and Nose.work cannot take responsibility for wastage or damage to person or property.
Cancelling your course

Canceled courses / lessons / education
We reserve the right to cancel the announced course if the number of participants is too low.
In case of force majeure and illness, the course organizer may need to cancel a lesson. Should this occur, you will be informed in as many ways as possible as soon as possible and compensated with an extra lesson at a later time. Should this be impossible to resolve, other compensation may be paid.
Children & Youth under 16 years
Children are welcome to the classes, but for reasons of safety and uniformity in education, young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult if not previously agreed with the course organizer. Children who make a lot of noise or who run around can teach dogs to chase children! Parents should therefore talk to their children about this before class so that they understand that it is important for them to behave.
Sick dog & running bitch
Dogs that are not fit to take part in the course due to illness, injury or other reason should not be brought to the class. Please do not take your dog with you if it has been in contact with another dog that has a contagious disease. All dogs should be vaccinated according to their veterinarian. If your bitch is running, you must have permission from the course organizer to participate. If for some reason your dog cannot come to class, the owner is encouraged to come without the dog to be able to catch up with the training at home.
Absence
If for some reason you can not come to a class, you must notify the course organizer as soon as possible by phone, text message or email.
10. Security
Swedish Dog Academy / nose.work guarantees never to disclose your personal information or e-mail address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, e.g. that police, prosecutors or the like request information. According to the GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact customer service.
11. Reservation
Swedish Dog Academy / nose.work reserves the right to finalize sales and any printing errors in the content and price list on the website.
12. Cookies
A cookie is a text file sent from a web page, e.g. shop.swedishdogacademy.com, to your computer, where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to provide access to various functions on our website. Our web shop uses cookies for statistics, save shopping cart and VAT settings.
